Packages Coming In

If you ordered a package of bees from Keith he is getting them on Saturday April, 6th. He plans on being back at his house at 1:00pm.

Make sure you have your hives ready, a spray bottle of sugar water, and your screened  bottom board closed up. You will also want an entrance reducer or at least some duct tape covering part of your entrance. If you are starting your bees on new foundation spray with sugar water to help them get started. If you have any questions on installing packages please feel free to comment or email the club and someone would be more than happy to give you instructions and to help you out if it's your first time!

Welcome to our new site! I hope you like the new more interactive version which allows you to comment on any post or page. If you are just hearing about our club we hold meetings on the second Monday of every month at our presidents house. (for more information please go to the Meeting Information page) They are very informal meetings with mostly informal discussion on current beekeeping topics. There are times that we have guest speakers or members who give a presentation. We would really love it if you would join us for a meeting.
